The Content Technology Audit (CTA) is very similar in process and approach to the Content Strategy Audit, but is especially suited for review of implemented systems and content solutions. Companies who have already restructured their processes or have already implemented multi-format publishing or, component reuse systems and are looking to extend or enhance them, can benefit from a CTA.
The CSA and CTA are often used together where large changes are needed and business process changes and financial justification is required to support them.
