Mekon provide a range of support options to suit our
customers needs. Support is offered as a paid option or as a service
included with certain training courses. Our standard contract provides
unlimited support on a per-user basis. We also offer the option
of a customised support contract that can be edited to suit your
particular needs, such as charging on the basis of time spent on
your support issues.
Our standard support contract provides our customers with unlimited user
and technical support via email, phone or fax. Standard support is sold
on a user basis and is generally limited to a minimum annual contract.
As part of the contract, we issue our customers with our Standard Terms
& Conditions. The Terms & Conditions must be signed and delivered
to Mekon before the contract is issued.
We recognise that some of our customers have specific
needs that are not always covered by standard terms and conditions.
With this in mind, we offer the option of creating a customised
contract to suit your user basis and work set-up. The terms and
conditions are based on the standard contract, with additional options
and features added as needed.
As part of our Training Policy, several of our Training
Courses offer free unlimited support once you have attended the course.
This support option provides customers with unlimited user support within
the scope of the Training Course that they attended.
